1. الترخيص

يمنح TopNetCafe للمستخدم ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل لإعادة البيع لاستخدام البرنامج وفق الخطة أو المفتاح الذي تم شراؤه. لا تنتقل ملكية البرنامج أو الشفرة المصدرية للمستخدم.

2. الفترة التجريبية

قد يتوفر إصدار تجريبي كامل لمدة 7 أيام. بعد انتهاء التجربة قد يلزم ترخيص صالح للاستمرار في استخدام الوظائف التجارية.

3. الاستخدام الممنوع

• إعادة بيع مفاتيح الترخيص دون إذن.
• محاولة تجاوز آليات التفعيل أو الأمان أو حدود الترخيص.
• استخدام البرنامج لأغراض غير قانونية أو لانتهاك حقوق الغير.
• نسخ أو تعديل أو تفكيك البرنامج بطريقة يحظرها القانون أو الترخيص، باستثناء ما يسمح به القانون صراحة.

4. الدفع والاشتراكات

عند توفر الشراء، تتم المدفوعات عبر مزود دفع أو Merchant of Record معتمد. قد تظهر شروط إضافية أثناء Checkout، وتكون جزءًا من عملية الشراء. لا يتم تخزين بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة على موقع TopNetCafe.

5. التحديثات والدعم

قد نصدر تحديثات وإصلاحات وتحسينات. قد تختلف مدة الدعم أو أهلية التحديث بحسب نوع الترخيص والإصدار.

6. حدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم البرنامج وفق الإمكانيات الموضحة في الموقع والوثائق. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن إساءة الاستخدام أو بيئة تشغيل غير مدعومة. لا يؤثر ذلك على أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك لا يجوز التنازل عنها قانونًا.

7. الإنهاء

يمكن تعليق أو إنهاء الترخيص عند الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام أو مشاركة المفتاح بشكل يخالف الخطة أو انتهاك جوهري لهذه الشروط، مع مراعاة الحقوق الإلزامية المقررة قانونًا.

8. القانون وشروط الشراء

تطبق القوانين الإلزامية ذات الصلة بحسب مكان البائع والعميل. وإذا عالج Merchant of Record عملية الشراء، فإن شروط المشتري وسياسة الاسترداد الخاصة به تسري أيضًا على معاملة الدفع.

Seller and product details

1. License

TopNetCafe grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-resalable license to use the software under the purchased plan or license key. Ownership of the software and source code does not transfer to the user.

2. Trial

A full-feature trial may be available for 7 days. After the trial ends, a valid license may be required to continue using commercial functionality.

3. Prohibited use

• Reselling license keys without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass activation, security, or license limits.
• Using the software for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.
• Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the software where prohibited by law or license, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Payments and subscriptions

When purchases are available, payments are processed through an approved payment provider or Merchant of Record. Additional checkout terms may apply and form part of the purchase transaction. TopNetCafe does not store your full payment-card details on this website.

5. Updates and support

We may release updates, fixes, and improvements. Support duration and update eligibility may vary by license type and software version.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is provided according to the capabilities described on the website and in product documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse or unsupported environments. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Termination

A license may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, key sharing beyond the purchased plan, or a material breach of these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

8. Law and purchase terms

Applicable mandatory laws may vary based on the seller and customer location. Where a Merchant of Record processes a purchase, its shopper terms and refund rules also apply to the payment transaction.
